Prodecoder HU101 with 9 pins for Rover Ford Volvo Jaguar

540

This is the new decoder for HU101 locks with 9 pins!!! When the key is absent, Prodecoder allows the operator to open and decode with high-speed lock type HU101 with 9 wafers, without the need for technical training and/or the use of complex locksmith techniques or kits.

Important!!! – this is for HU101 locks with 9 wafers only! Those locks can be found on models after 2019, but not on all of them. Ignition locks are always with 10 wafers. This decoder won’t work on the 10 wafers lock! To cover all models you need both decoders -with 10 pins and with 9 pins!

We consider this decoder an additional tool for people who already have the 10 pins decoder. This is because for this moment the lock with 9 wafers can be found on only few models!

In the description below you will find brief instructions and Videos

Prodecoder HU101 About

Prodecoder HU101 is a mechanical professional tool that can open very fast lock type HU101 for Ford, Rover, Jaguar and VolVo. In order to be successful with the opening, you must follow a specific procedure. Below in this description you will find General Video Instructions that show step by step the opening methodology. Additionally, one of the greatest challenges that every user faces is how to determine the wrong side of insertions from the right side of insertion.

Prodecoder HU101 - few things to remember

Check the correct positioning- as this is a mechanical tool and not a key, it has a correct side and a wrong side. In the video below you can see how to determine the correct side- it is really easy! When you use the decoder according to the instructions, it can can become an indispensable tool for every professional locksmith not only in the opening, but also in the decoding. After you decode the lock, you can make a duplicate key. You do not need a Tester Key!

WD-40? Yes, it is important

Always apply WD40 before inserting the decoders in the locks. WD-40 loosens rust-to-metal bonds and frees stuck, frozen or rusted metal parts. With WD-40 you help the pins move inside the lock cylinder - this leads to better performance.

Three main wheels, easy to remember

Step 2. Inserting Prodecoder into the lock

1.Close the gate wheel / push it in /
2.Turn the turbo wheel to the right
3.Put the decoder inside the lock with a closed gate, and holding the gate wheel fully closed

Step 3. Opening procedure

The most important part is how strong your tension is (on the tension wheel). If it’s too weak – the lock won’t open or it will open very slow. If the tension is too strong – you may break the tool or risk of tool deformation.

Turn the tension wheel to the LEFT (keep holding it). Than turn the turbo wheel to the left until you reach the 1st stop point (we have 1 2 3 4 stop points engraved on the the gate) and return the turbo wheel to the right in its original position. After that you turn the tension wheel to the RIGHT (keep holding it) and then turn the turbo wheel to the left until you reach the 1st stop point (we have 1 2 3 4 stop points engraved on the the gate) and return the turbo wheel to the right in its original position. Repeat this procedure 15-20 times on stop point 1, 15-20 on stop point 2 and 15-20 times of stop point 3 and on point 4. This is what we call “progressive opening”.

Do not rush the tool, the point here is not to reach point 3. When the prodecoder is turned to the opening position, stay in this position and turn the turbo wheel to the stop point on the gate wheel (the opening point). Juggle a little bit Turn to the other side

Important! Right Side or Wrong Side?

When you start the Opening procedure discussed above, but there is no resistance in the Turbo wheel, this means that you are on the Wrong side and you must eject the tool and reverse it on the other side.

General info HU101

HU101 is one of the most difficult locks in terms of unlocking and decoding. It can be found on Ford, Rover, Volvo and Jaguar. The new lock  has 9 spaces and 5 depths. Depth 5 is the deepest cut and depth 1 is the shallowest cut.

When key is absent, Prodecoder allows the operator to open and decode with high speed lock type HU101, without the need for technical training and / or the use of complex locksmith techniques or kits, which would delay the process of opening and that would lead to additional technical difficulties, such as destroying the lock, the door, the window or other part of the car itself. After opening the lock, Prodecoder can decode the lock type HU101.

Additionally, the greatest advantage of Prodecoder is that it can identify and it can “adjust” to the different height of each of the 10 spaces completely. This facilitates the production of a duplicate key with a very high degree of precision, which is almost impossible in the absence of the original key or with another method of car emergency opening.
