The New Prodecoder Automatic Juwel 4×4 is made specifically for the new Juwel 4×4 lock that is now on the market. The new Juwel lock has specific cuts on every plate that is made to “trap” every lockpick tool inserted, but the key. Below you can see an image of the lock inside. With the new decoder we made, we overcome those cuts and we skip the “trap” that Juwel has put there. Thanks to the new pins this decoder can be used safely on both old and new Juwel 4×4 locks.
Prodecoder Automatic- Juwel 4x4 "Chiave Bulgara"
Juwel 4×4 chiave bulgara is a professional locksmith decoder. It will open fast and with not damage Juwel 4×4 new and old locks.
This “Chiave bulgara” (Bulgarian pick) works on an automatic self impressioning way. It is very fast and causes no damage on the Juwel 4×4 lock. With Juwel chiave bulgara you can read the code. As a result, after you open the lock, you can make a duplicate key.
The good option here is that the decoder includes universal reading card. With this card you can “mirror” the code from the first turn directly to the second turn. This way you will save time and effort. Also you will keep your decoder in perfect working condition for longer time, without having to change the pins. The other good use of this card is that you can make e mechanical key straight away.
- Do not rush the tool into 90 degrees (as explained in the video)
- Use Low- Medium tension
- Pump to the 1st stop point, unless in anti-picking, otherwise you risk over pumping
After we ship it, the decoder is ready for work. Because of that, you don’t need to further arrange the tool or any of its components. All you need to do is watch the video instructions and learn carefully the opening procedure. Important factor is how you insert it and the tension you are giving. Juwel 4x4 Locks with Prodecoder Automatic - How it works Briefly
When you insert the Prodecoder Automatic inside the Juwel 4×4 lock, it allows the shape of the original key to be reconstructed. After that, the pins take the original “shape” of the key, and the lock opens.
1. Turbo wheel – when you turn the turbo wheel you cause movement of the pins. This is the main operational wheel.
2. Tension wheel – by giving (and holding) the tension to the left and to the right, you are turning the turbo wheel. This is how you cause traction between the pins and the respective plates (levers) of the lock. This is the main methodology Prodecoder Automatic uses to work on the self impressioning method.
The wheel has two stop points. And they must remind you that you need to perform a progressive opening. You should NOT force the tools
3. Small tension handles- you can easily screw them on the Tension wheel (2). Their purpose is for convenience – with them the operation is much easier. Additionally they have amazing grip with your hand and you are able to feel the tension of the opening.

There is no such thing as “one tool to open EVERY lock”. Hence, universal tool cannot exist with this types ! The operator must know the Double Bit Lock he tries to open. Hence some locksmith knowledge is required.
These lockpick tools work with NO FORCE. You apply medium amount of tension. The tool will lift each of the levers of the Double Bit Lock to a specific height. And this allows the locking bolt to move forward. This happens until it “assumes” the position corresponding to that of the “teeth” of the original key. In this way the profile of a half of the key is obtained. To obtain the other half, it is necessary to repeat the operation for the second half of the profile. At this point you have a complete double bit profile able to open and close the lock exactly like the original key.
