Prodecoder Automatic for lock models Mottura and Kale with 4x4 levers

This decoder “Chiave bulgara” (Bulgarian pick) works on an automatic self impressioning way. It is very fast and causes no damage on the the lock it is made for – lock models Mottura & Kale lock, both with 4×4 levers. With Prodecoder Automatic decoder you can read the code. As a result, after you open the lock, you can make a duplicate key.
After we ship it, the decoder is ready for work. Because of that, you don’t need to further arrange the tool or any of its components. All you need to do is watch your personalized video and learn carefully the opening procedure. Important factor is how you insert it and the tension you are giving. Always keep in mind that this is NOT a force tool
The tool will lift each each lever (plate) of the Double Bit Locks to a specific height in order for the locking bolt to move. Another key point is how easy you can repair any broken or twisted pin – just pull out the broken one and replace it with one of the spare pins provided in your kit.

Prodecoder Automatic - How it works Briefly

When the Prodecoder Automatic is inserted into the Mottura & Kale 4×4 lock, the tool begins the process of mechanically reproducing the geometry of the original key. Through controlled tension and sequential lever manipulation, the decoder’s pins gradually assume the precise positions dictated by the lock’s internal code. Once the pins have fully adopted this “original key” configuration, the internal alignment matches that of a genuine key, allowing the lock to open smoothly and without damage.

1. Turbo wheel – when you turn the turbo wheel you cause movement of the pins. This is the main operational wheel.

2. Tension wheel – by giving (and holding) the tension to the left and to the right, you are turning the turbo wheel. This is how you cause traction between the pins and the respective plates (levers) of the lock. This is the main methodology Prodecoder Automatic uses to work on the self impressioning method.
The wheel has two stop points. And they must remind you that you need to perform a progressive opening. You should NOT force the tools

3. Small tension handles- you can easily screw them on the Tension wheel (2). Their purpose is for convenience – with them the operation is much easier. Additionally they have amazing grip with your hand and you are able to feel the tension of the opening.
