In fact, the Prodecoder TOY80 is a mechanical tool that opens the TOY80 lock type very quickly. However, in order to be successful with the opening, a specific procedure must be followed.

Step 1. Reset Procedure of Prodecoder TOY80:

turn the turbo wheel to the right / back one with serial number /
reset the pins by pushing them down to the maximum through the 8 small holes (4 holes on one side, 4 on the other side).
Now your Prodecoder is ready for the lock opening

Step 2. Inserting Prodecoder into the lock

Turn the turbo wheel to the right
Put the decoder inside the lock

Step 3. Opening Procedure

The second indicator must be turned to Stop point 1. as shown in the video below. In any other case you risk overpumping!

When you start the actual opening procedure, please keep in mind that the most important factor is how strong your tension is (applied on the tension wheel). If the tension is too weak, the lock won’t open or will open very slowly. On the other hand, if the tension is too strong, you may break the tool or risk deformation.

To begin, turn the tension wheel to the LEFT (keep holding it), and then turn the turbo wheel to the left until you reach the 1st stop point (note: the gate has 1, 2, 3 stop points engraved). After reaching stop point 1, return the turbo wheel to the right, back to its original position.

Next, turn the tension wheel to the RIGHT (again, keep holding it), and repeat the process—turn the turbo wheel to the left until you reach the 1st stop point, and then return it to the right, resetting to its initial position.

Repeat this procedure 15-20 times on stop point 1, 15-20 on stop point 2 and 15-20 times of stop point 3. This is what we call “progressive opening”. Do not rush the tool, the point here is not to reach point 3.
When the prodecoder is turned to the opening position, stay in this position and turn the turbo wheel to the stop point on the gate wheel (the opening point)
Juggle a little bit
Turn to the other side

Important! Right Side or Wrong Side?

When you start the Opening procedure discussed above, but there is no resistance in the Turbo wheel, this means that you are on the Wrong side and you must eject the tool and reverse it on the other side.
