Step 1. Reset Procedure of Prodecoder TOY48

Prodecoder TOY48 has THREE active wheels – the turbo wheel, gate and the tension wheel. Engravings on the turbo wheel and the gate are very important, so follow the correct procedure described below!

Step 1. turn the turbo wheel to the right / the back one that contains the serial number on it/

Step 2. reset the pins by pushing them down to the maximum through the 5 holes per side (10 holes in total)

Step 2. Inserting Prodecoder into the lock

Step 1. Turn the turbo wheel all to the right
Step 2. Close the Gate (Middle Wheel)
Step 3. Simply insert the decoder inside the lock, but make sure you keep the gate CLOSED

Step 3. Opening procedure

The most important part is how strong your tension is (on the tension wheel). If its too weak – the lock won’t open or it will open very slow. If the tension is too strong – you may break the tool or risk of tool deformation.

1. Turn the TURBO wheel to the LEFT until THE INDICATOR reaches the Start Position(as showed on the picture). This will be your starting point!!!  2. Now start the pumping procedure – Turn the Tension wheel to the LEFT (keep holding it) and then turn the turbo wheel to the left until you reach the end, the wheel will simply stop turning. Now return the turbo wheel to the right until the indicator on the turbo wheel reaches the starting position..

2. Turn the Tension wheel to the RIGHT (keep holding it) and then turn the turbo wheel to the left until you reach the end, the wheel will stop turning. Now return the turbo wheel to the right until the indicator on the turbo wheel reaches the starting position.. Repeat this procedure until the lock is opened! The key to success is the amount of tension we are giving on the Tension wheel – we want MEDIUM amount of tension!

Important! Correct Side or Wrong Side?

When you start the Opening procedure discussed above, but there is no resistance in the Turbo wheel, this means that you are on the Wrong side and you must eject the tool and reverse it on the other side.
